Had to have my windshield replaced due to a crack. Went with Big Rick’s Auto Glass because their prices were very competitive. They came to my house next day on time and finished in about 30 minutes. They even put my Sunpass on the new windshield for me. Very friendly and professional! Highly recommended if you have any auto glass needs!
Great experience with BIG RICK’s Auto glass! The replacement of the windshield was fast and easy took about 30min. They were very flexible and accommodated to my needs in order to fix my cracked window. The replacement windshield looks spectacular, I would absolutely recommend 10/10

Rick’s work is exceptional and prompt. The windshield of my husband’s Porsche had several nicks in the glass. There was a lot more damage than we had originally thought, after Rick had already provided a quote. We would have paid a lot more with a different Glass company. He is highly recommended.
As a glass installer myself, I have to say the Rick and Kristina @ Big Ricks are a top notch and charismatic crew! Definitely make you feel comfortable in there knowledge and skill. They got me taken care and made me laugh while I waited! Have nothing but praise for them!

Rick and Christina are absolutely amazing, they make you feel comfortable and talk to you throughout the job. My best friend and I drove here and needed a new windshield, we called Rick answered and he was right on it! He drove to where we were staying and took pictures then made the calls to get us a new windshield, even thought they were closing in an hour. Before we knew it we were back on the road!! 100% would recommend to anyone who needs any sort of repair or replacement:). Thank you for being amazing!
First off, if you’re looking to get any auto glass service done, stop right now and use Big Rick’s! I can’t say enough good things so let me start here. I had my window broken out, and all of my belongings stolen while at work. It has been one of the most stressful experiences. One quick phone call to Rick’s and one of the biggest stressors - my broken window, quickly resolved. Not only were Rick and his wife the SWEETEST, but they were helpful, knowledgeable, and QUICK. They also offered to replace my damaged windshield at the same time! They gave me a very reasonable quote within minutes, and within 24 hours came to my home and did an absolutely stunning job on my window repairs. I can’t tell you enough, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Should I (or anyone I know) need any auto glass service in the future, Rick’s will be my first call.
